Introduction to Family Law Mediation

ODR – A Practical Program for Practitioners

Introduction to Online Dispute Resolution

In this 8-hour training participants will learn the important considerations for providing Online Dispute Resolution Services and will get to learn the nuanced way in which mediation services can be provided using an online platform. Though this training is delivered using the Zoom application, the training reviews other platform options and the important things practitioners may want to consider when deciding which platform to offer their services through. This course is taught by Dominique Panko, an experienced Online Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
