12-Week Online Mediation Certificate Program

This 12 week online mediation certificate program is broken into modules which you can choose to take individually, or sign up for the full 12 weeks and receive a module for free!  You can take the modules at your own pace and sign-up for them whenever works for your schedule.  You do not have to take the modules consecutively.  Download the flyer.

High Conflict Mediation

Mediating Financial Support Intensive

This course provides individuals with hours towards their application for the Minister’s List as a Family Mediator.
In this course, participants will learn the considerations for individuals negotiating financial support through their separation by working through roleplay scenarios and lectures delivered by an experienced Family Law Mediator, Charmaine Panko.

In this 8-hour training participants will learn the important considerations for providing Online Dispute Resolution Services and will get to learn the nuanced way in which mediation services can be provided using an online platform. Though this training is delivered using the Zoom application, the training reviews other platform options and the important things practitioners may want to consider when deciding which platform to offer their services through. This offering will be taught by Demi Peters-Panko, a member of the ADRIC ODR Task Force, and co-taught by Dominique Panko, an experienced Online Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
