ADR Atlantic Institute offers this professional development webinar to ADR practitioners, Coaches, Human Resources Professionals, and Consultants.  

OVERVIEW OF THE TRAINING:
As our population ages, many of us are faced with trying to navigate services and programs for ourselves, an aging loved one or member of our community.  
This webinar is designed to help you understand, navigate and access the options for senior care that are available through government programs, community resources, and private companies.  This information is key to having successful discussions with your clients, employees, members regarding Elder Care.
We will also discuss how Elder Mediation training is essential in working with families regarding care and end of life issues.

Marie-Claire is a licensed social worker, certified elder mediator with Family Mediation Canada and the lead consultant at Greywave Senior Care Consulting Inc.

Marie-Claire has worked with Continuing Care for 30 years and has developed extensive expertise in helping older adults and their families navigate private and public health care systems and the decision making that surrounds these issues.
