	ADR Atlantic Membership We are: an Atlantic Canadian non-profit organization unique in representing and serving both practitioners and users of ADR a strong, unified voice on ADR issues committed to excellence in ADR a partner in regional and national ADR alliances We offer: a regional clearing house for information and skill building a range of tools and services for practitioners and users of ADR services a coordinated approach and regional accessibility to ADR services access to national accreditation for mediator and arbitrators membership in the national ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. organization (included in ADR Atlantic membership). Members of ADR Atlantic come from a wide variety of business and community backgrounds and experiences. They share a common interest in developing and providing improved methods of resolving conflict and disputes. While many have taken formal training in mediation, negotiation, or arbitration in order to become practitioners, others who belong do not intend to actively practice dispute resolution. They join ADR Atlantic to gain a general knowledge of the resolution systems for their personal or business use.
